This policy explains what personal information KeyXplore (“we”, “us”) collects when you use keyxplore.com or contact us, and how we use it. Our Android apps each have their own privacy section on their product page on this site.
Information we collect
- Contact form and email. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address and anything you include in the message. Messages sent through the contact form are stored on our website and emailed to our team.
- Cookie choices. When you make a choice on our cookie banner we record that choice, the date and time, a shortened version of your IP address and your approximate country and region. This lets us remember your choice and show that consent was given.
- Analytics, with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site. If you decline, Google Analytics does not run.
- Cookie-free statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits and how quickly pages load. It does not set cookies and it runs for all visitors.
- Article read counts. We count how many times each blog post is read so we can show our most popular articles. We store only a total for each post, with nothing that identifies you.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare automatically record technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
Newsletter and comments
We do not currently offer a newsletter or blog comments, so we do not collect information for either. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Who we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us run the site, acting on our behalf: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (security, content delivery and web analytics) and Google (analytics, only if you consent). These providers may process information outside your country. Google’s use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-up work. Cookie choice records are deleted after one year. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Server and security logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent for analytics, or object to how we use your information. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
